As the music fades and the last glitter confetti is swept away, we’re taking a moment to reflect on what has been an incredible 2025 School Prom Season here at Odyssey Events. It’s been a whirlwind of dresses, tuxedos, laughter, and unforgettable memories – and we’ve loved every second of it.
From venues across East Sussex and Kent, we were honoured to be part of so many Year 11 and Year 13 school proms this summer. Whether it was a glitzy ballroom celebration, a relaxed barn-style bash, or a glam marquee set-up, each prom had its own unique energy and flair. One thing remained constant: our commitment to helping students celebrate in style and ensuring they have fantastic photos to remember their night.
Many schools opted for our ever-popular Odyssey Selfie Mirror and 360 Booths, which continue to be a massive hit with students (and teachers too!). These interactive experiences provide more than just a photo – they create moments.
With friends crowding around the mirror to take a glam group snap or striking poses on the 360 platform while music pumps in the background, it’s easy to see why these options have become prom essentials. Through our easy pre-booking system, parents can reserve a slot in advance to ensure their child has their official prom portrait taken. One of the most rewarding parts of our job is seeing students return. We’ve worked with some schools for over a decade, and it’s always a pleasure to see students who first had their photos taken at their Year 11 prom come back for their Year 13 celebration.
