Got a question about your Photobooth?

How long does it take you to set up?

Each booth is slightly different. However, a good rule of thumb is, with the exception of the Roamer, set up time is usually about 60 mins. For the Roamer it's just 15 minutes.

My venue has stepped access - is that OK?

Generally, that's not a problem. If you are aware that the load in might be more technical, please let us know so we can allow a bit more time for setting up.

Do you supply Props?

Absolutely! We have an unrivalled array of props to help your guests create some HILARIOUS photos. Of course, if you want to supply some of your own too, that is just fine.

How much space will you need?

Each booth requires different amounts of space - check out the dedicated booth page for the space that you'll need.

My venue is asking for a PAT Certificate - what's that?

A PAT Certificate stands for Portable Appliance Test Certficate. All of our equipment undergoes testing and has been certificated.

What is Idle Time and why do i need it?

Idle time is the time spent between set up and starting to run. It's a nominal charge to pay for your Booth Butlers to be on call and waiting to leap into action. If you feel you might need this, just give us a call to check.

How long should I book the Photobooth for?

For most events such as Weddings and Birthdays a 3 hour rental is just about right. If you would like a longer rental just get in touch to discuss your event.

Will the print artwork be personalised?

Yes! You have a choice....you can choose any one of the designs from our library of 100's of templates or you can supply your own artwork (perhaps used for your invites) and we will create something unique just for you!

How many prints will we get?

We will provide up to 9 prints per session. There's not many situations where you'll need more that than this to be fair - and more importantly, you don't want your guests queuing all night just to pick up a print!

Can we use the booth outside?

This will depend on the booth and time of year.... give us a call to discuss further.

My venue is asking for Public Liability Insurance - do you have this?

Yes we hold £10million Public Liability Insurance. Certificates are available on request.

Will I need an early set up?

If you would like your photobooth set up before your guests arrive, then yes, an early set up may be required. Give us a call and let's have a chat.
