Matt & Eve's Wedding Photobooth Fun at The Dreys
On 27th September 2025, we had the absolute pleasure of joining Matt & Eve for their spectacular wedding at The Dreys Wedding Venue in Sittingbourne. If you've ever been to The Dreys, you’ll understand why it’s one of Kent’s most unique venues. From the open-plan dancefloor with its very own fireplace to the glamping tents tucked in the surrounding woodland, this venue is perfect for couples looking for something both stylish and eclectic. And let’s not forget the firepit area – perfect for evening drinks and cosy chats under the stars!
The Perfect Photobooth for an Eclectic Venue
Matt and Eve were looking for a wedding photobooth that could match the venue's vibe while creating memories their friends and family would cherish. They reached out via their wedding planner, Natasha Spencer, and the choice was clear: the Odyssey Selfie Mirror. Standing nearly 1.5 metres tall and a metre wide, this stunning Selfie Mirror fit seamlessly into The Dreys’ eclectic atmosphere.
Guests immediately gravitated towards it, curious about the interactive mirror and the chance to strike fun poses. The photobooth wasn’t just a prop – it became a hub of laughter, silly poses, and unforgettable moments. Everyone, from the youngest cousin to the oldest aunt, had a turn, creating keepsakes that will last a lifetime.
Enchanted Forest Magic
Matt and Eve chose our Enchanted Forest template, which perfectly complemented the Kent woodland surrounding The Dreys. The custom design, with its whimsical forest motifs and interactive animations, added an extra layer of magic to the evening. Guests loved experimenting with props, from enchanted hats to quirky glasses, and the mirror captured every joyful reaction. This combination of style and interactivity made it clear why a photobooth isn’t just an accessory – it’s a core part of the celebration.
One memorable moment: a group of close friends decided to recreate a “woodland fairies” theme, complete with playful poses and hilarious expressions. Their photos perfectly captured the fun, carefree spirit of the day.
Evening Highlights
As the sun dipped behind the trees, the firepit was lit, adding warmth and ambience to the venue. Guests indulged in freshly cooked burgers and cones of French fries while swapping stories and admiring their photobooth prints. The mirror continued to entertain, with everyone eager to take home a tangible memory of the night.
The dancefloor came alive soon after, and the photobooth kept pace with the evening’s energy. Couples, friends, and even grandparents jumped in for spontaneous shots, creating a lively gallery of memories that perfectly reflected the joy of Matt and Eve’s wedding.
